I am no expert, but what brookston…said makes perfect sense to me. I have never had a crystal bracelet, but I keep one on my bedpost when I sleep, and I carry it in my jeans pocket when I go out wearing my jeans. I have a rather large on sitting on my nightstand, too. And I have a few others that I hang on my bedpost on a chain. I need to charge them more, but I just don't think of it, usually.

The weather in Europe is mostly wet in November.
Western Europe has a lot of sea and ocean influence, and in Autumn and early winter that gives a lot of rain.
Southern Europe still has relatively warm weather, for people from father north, T-shirt and jeans, but take an umbrella or rain jacket, because rain is likely here too.
The continental parts of the continent can have snow already, but can also have a kind of Indian summer, with relatively warm weather.
Mountains will have the first snow of the winter, often one that will stay, but are not snow certain that early in the season.
The Polar and sub polar parts, most of Scandinavia, can have substantial snow, more in the North, less in the capital cities and south of those. There rain is as likely, so again, rain gear is essential.
And a little warning, all parts of Europe have had weather conditions that were unseasonal the last couple of years. With serious snow in Portugal, Spain and Greece while farther north there was not even frost. And at this time, the Netherlands have 14C in the night, which is a common summer temperature, and 18C when it is sunny in the day. We certainly often have summer days that are colder.
